We are looking to paint several rooms - Living Room, Kitchen, Bathroom, Steps and Hallway as well as a small room. We also need some cracks in drywall repaired and retexturizing in the bathroom. There are vaulted ceilings in the Kitchen and Living room.

Just bought a house in Gold Canyon and want to get the interior and exterior painted. 1350 sq ft ranch. single color inside and outside semi gloss outside stain inside. I am looking for an estimate for painting my ceiling in a downtown loft environment. The surface is exposed cement, and there are a number of pipes present as well (copper, PVC, black painted piping, HVAC tubing, etc.) I also want to bring the black paint down the top 20" or so of the walls. The space is around 1100 square feet, and the ceilings are just under 13 feet high.
